
Refund Policy
At Family Care Transit, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that plans can change, and we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process.
Cancellations & Refunds:

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 12 to 24 hours of the scheduled service may receive a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service time or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Delays or Missed Pickups by Family Care Transit:
If we are unable to provide the scheduled transportation service due to our own error or delay, you will be entitled to a full refund or may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.
Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original form of payment.
