Terms & Conditions

By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

By booking a ride with Family Care Transit, you acknowledge that you are entering a service agreement for non-medical transportation. All bookings are subject to availability, confirmation, and adherence to our policies.

2. Booking & Cancellations

  • Rides must be scheduled in advance. Same-day requests are accepted only based on availability.

  • Cancellations must follow our Refund Policy, which includes full refunds for cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled ride may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Passenger Conduct

To ensure a safe and respectful experience for everyone:

  • Passengers must treat drivers and other passengers with courtesy.

  • No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed in the vehicle.

  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in termination of service without a refund.

4. Delays and Liability

Family Care Transit is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will make every reasonable effort to arrive on time and notify clients of any changes.

5. Accessibility

We strive to accommodate all passengers. Please notify us in advance of any specific needs, including wheelchair access or caregiver assistance.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the personal information necessary to provide our services and never share it with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Payment

All rides must be paid in full before or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods include [list payment options, e.g., credit card, cash, etc.].

8. Changes to Terms

Family Care Transit reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
